QI GONG CLASS
Qi Gong 氣功 is an ancient form of healing exercise based on the Five Elements and Meridians system from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
It focuses on self-care and cultivation of Qi, the life energy through breathing, visualization, movement, and meditation.
When the weather is warm (usually May-September), Yiwen gives Qi Gong (and Yoga Fusion) class in the park. In the current situation of Coronavirus, Qi Gong is a gentle and relaxing exercise for all levels. 氣在天地間 May the Qi be with you... Make peace with self and Mother Nature.
URBAN QI GONG AMSTERDAM
In Coronavirus quarantine (March-May), Yiwen takes a long morning walk in the city every day. Because of the quarantine, Amsterdam becomes so quiet and beautiful. So she started an urban Qi Gong practice 都市氣功 and recorded it (partially) as a mini project to discover the city and self. Below are a few examples.
